Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast crew was friendly and the homemade cinnamon rolls were amazing. The gym had limited equipment. Very close to the race track and casino, which was convenient.

The location is awesome, really close to everything and the breakfast is a full spread made by lovely staff. The rooms felt a bit outdated and city traffic noise was noticeable at night.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find the hotel just a short stroll away from Oaklawn Park and a variety of restaurants like Lagniappe's Grill and Capo's Tacos, and within 500 meters of kid-friendly attractions like the Gangster Museum of America and Hollywood Park, perfect for leisurely exploring the city. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, with friendly staff and amenities like a hot breakfast and a pool. One area for improvement could be to add a shade over the bathroom window since it got quite warm in there during the day.

The noise was unbearable one night, with rowdy guests outside yelling and talking loudly. I didn’t want to bother the front desk, so we just dealt with it. The walls are paper thin—definitely not a relaxing stay!

The location was perfect for enjoying family-friendly activities like horse racing and gaming, with Bathhouse Row just a short drive away. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay memorable. My wife says that the room would benefit from more kid-friendly amenities.

I appreciated the availability of tea and coffee facilities in the room, making it convenient to enjoy a hot beverage at any time. The sitting area was comfortable, although I would have preferred a larger dining table with more than just two chairs, as it felt a bit cramped for a room that can accommodate up to four guests. the lack of adequate trash cans and towels in the room was a downside, requiring multiple trips to the lobby for additional supplies. The room was well-kept and clean, with a flat-screen TV offering a variety of channels for entertainment. the carpeted floor seemed a bit dated and in need of replacement in some areas. The housekeeping service was inconsistent, as there were instances where trash cans were not emptied, and towels were not replaced during my stay. the experience at Best Western was decent, with some areas needing improvement to enhance the overall comfort and convenience. The inclusion of more amenities like free toiletries, garden furniture, and better housekeeping services would enhance the stay experience at this hotel.

The hotel's location across from Oaklawn Park Racetrack made it so easy to hit up all the fun spots. The ziplining and mountain biking nearby were epic - so much adrenaline, bro!
Like, they could totally add a rooftop hangout spot or a cool bar with a DJ for all us party animals looking for a good time after exploring! .

stayed at Best Western for 5 days and enjoyed a great breakfast every morning. the staff, especially Leslie at the front desk, was super friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, the room was clean and modern, and the beds were comfortable. the complimentary full hot breakfast was a highlight, with an array of delicious options including homemade pastries.

The fitness center was perfect for my intense workout routine. I loved the picnic area; felt like I was in a romantic comedy. So much to explore nearby; almost got lost in all the fun!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The pillow top mattresses were extremely comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The pool area was clean and my grandson enjoyed it. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The front desk and kitchen staff were great in providing information on things to do in Hot Springs. it was a great and safe place to stay.
The wifi password frequently changed, requiring multiple requests. It would have been better if the room had a larger table with more chairs to accommodate the maximum occupancy.
